Shipping Overview

HongShield currently ships orders within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are shipped from our U.S. operation using United States Postal Service (USPS).

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Transit Time

Transit times below are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Because our U.S. operation is located in Denver, Colorado, estimated transit times vary depending on the destination.

These are estimated USPS transit times. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, weather, postal volume, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rate is:

Orders from $0.01 to $50.00: $8.00 standard shipping
Orders over $50.00: Free standard shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

Taxes

Taxes are not automatically included in the product price unless specifically stated at checkout.

Where sales tax or other applicable taxes are required by law, the applicable amount will be calculated and collected during checkout based on the order and shipping destination.

The final amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for the order.

Carrier & Tracking

HongShield uses USPS for standard domestic shipments.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

You can check tracking information:

Through the shipping confirmation email sent to you; or
Through your HongShield customer account, where available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after the package enters the carrier's system.

Restricted Areas

HongShield currently ships only within the United States.

We do not currently ship to international destinations.

Certain U.S. locations may have limited or unavailable service depending on USPS service availability. If we cannot ship an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

U.S. public holidays
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Postal service interruptions
Unexpected shipping volume
Supply chain disruptions
Other events beyond our reasonable control

If a significant shipping delay affects your order, we will provide an update when information is available.

Lost or Seriously Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives with serious damage, please contact HongShield customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged package, where applicable.

Please provide your order number and, when possible, photographs or other information showing the condition of the package or product.

We will review the situation and work with the customer and carrier to determine the appropriate solution.
